After reading the articles on Customer satisfaction and the Eight tips for creating an effective survey, I practiced setting up surveys for the circulation department's self checkout machines.
The only previous experience that I have had is with Juanma's surveys over the past few months. His approach is good and he does a great job of getting our attention and also extracting the information that he is looking for. It was also easy, even for me, to use.
I can see this as yet another useful communication tool.

Collboration tools
The Founding Father's would have loved using this. Think of how much travel and time it would have saved to be able to have multiple users work on the document at the same time and communicate instantly with each other.
